To minimise queries and delays in payments:
- Claim forms must be completed and submitted at least monthly, though more frequently is acceptable;
- Claims must include all matches where allowance is claimed through GACO (ie both League and non-League fixtures);
- Where expenses are to be claimed directly from ECB or the Competition Organiser, there will either be
- a link on WTU next to the fixture which will appear after the match is finished (Umpires), or
- you will have been contacted by the organiser to fill in and submit their own claim form (e.g. scorer appointments via the National Scorer’s Register);
- Claims for matches where expenses are due to be paid on the day will not be processed by GACO, so please do not submit them on this form.
