To minimise queries and delays in payments:
- Claim forms must be completed and submitted at least monthly, though more frequently is acceptable;
- Claims must include all matches where allowance is claimed through GACO (ie both League and non-League fixtures);
- Where expenses are to be claimed directly from ECB or the Competition Organiser, there will either be
- a link on WTU next to the fixture which will appear after the match is finished (Umpires), or
- you will have been contacted by the organiser to fill in and submit their own claim form (e.g. scorer appointments via the National Scorer’s Register);
- Claims for matches where expenses are due to be paid on the day will not be processed by GACO, so please do not submit them on this form. You may submit as many or as few matches in a batch as you prefer; just click “Add new match” for each additional match.
